Please join The Trial Lawyers Section in giving a warm welcome to our new Executive Council Chair, Braxton Gillam!
Braxton is a seasoned trial lawyer with a focus on business and construction disputes. He has also tried cases involving will contests, wrongful death, premises liability, and trucking accidents.
Board certified by The Florida Bar in both Business Litigation and Civil Trial, Braxton brings deep experience and practical insight to every matter he handles. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar and received his J.D., with honors, from Florida State University College of Law.
