The Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar was invited to provide Comments to the Report and Recommendations of the Workgroup on Improved Resolution of Civil Cases. The Section is appreciative of the Workgroup’s considerable efforts, and recognizes that there may be a need to identify certain Civil Rules that require revision. The attached Comments represent the Section’s interpretation and analysis of those proposed revisions to the Rules.
