FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE 2022 ADVANCED TRIAL ADVOCACY COURSE, PLEASE VISIT THE EVENT PAGE.
If you or someone in your firm needs CLE credit or litigation training, this is the seminar for you. Fifty-six (56) attorneys will be selected, based on a first-come, first served basis. When your application is processed, you will receive program materials in advance of the program. The case file for this program is used as a source of facts and law for the training. Your presentations will be video recorded and you will receive a one-on-one video performance review. Advance preparation is critical to the success of the program and your own learning.
This advanced seminar provides all the required CLE, Technology, and Ethics credits for the three-year cycle. Additionally, successful completion of the program qualifies as a trial substitution credit for certification & recertification in Civil Trial, Business Litigation and Workers Compensation.
The Trial Lawyers Section provides the SIX scholarships each year. These scholarships cover the cost of registration and travel for scholarship recipients.
• Glenn Burton Scholarship (1 attendee)
• Robert Mansbach Scholarship (1 attendee)
