The Bennett Trial Advocacy Scholarship is available to any Trial Lawyer Section member who is in their first 8 years of practice.
The 2019 South Eastern Circuit Bar Mess Foundation Advanced International Advocacy Course at Keble College, Oxford will take place from Tuesday August 26, 2019 until Saturday August 31, 2019. The aim of this course is to encourage and develop the highest standards of advocacy amongst practitioners. The course is the most demanding and intensive of any advocacy course in the UK.
As part of the partnership, the South Eastern Circuit of England and Wales also sends four Junior Barristers to attend the Trial Lawyer Section’s Advanced Trial Advocacy program held in Gainesville, FL each May.
